General Terms & Conditions:

1. We reserve the right to replace within the same category or upgrade to higher category vehicle in terms or rates but remain the same charges per your booking.
2. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice, due to any changes to the fuel and related products prices, currency fluctuation, new regulations or local taxes. Inclusive of fuel, toll, and driver during the transfer.
3. No-show or Cancellation of booking more than 7 days prior to travel date will be charged 50%; if less than 7 days prior to travel date will be charged 100%.
4. For group more than 7pax, we recommend to go for the bigger vehicle than 10-seaters or split into 2 vehicles (subject to availability) due to limitation to fit in the luggages.
5. Additional hours of usage of vehicle and guide will be subject to extra charges (kindly check with us for the rate).
6. No insurance coverage for all passengers and goods. We will not responsible for any losses, injury, and medical fees during the transfer.
